‘It’s A Wonderful Life’ Live Radio Play to be Presented at Island 106.9 FM
The Lux Radio Play “It’s A Wonderful Life” will be presented live at Island 106.9 FM, in partnership with Fringe Theater, on Thursday, Dec. 7, at 7pm, 1075 Duval Street, #C17, Key West.
Guests are invited to view the play at the radio station from a tent with chairs outside the large window of the on-air studio, with outdoor speakers. The performance is free, and servers from the New York Pasta Garden Restaurant will serve wine.
Guests are asked to bring an unwrapped children’s toy or gift card to the performance, and those who bring a gift will get a cup of “mulled wine,” a favorite of Clarence the angel. Toys or gift cards will be distributed through the Monroe County Holiday Helpers.
The cast includes George Bailey – Bob Bowersox, Mary Hatch Bailey – Stephanie Miller, Joseph & other characters – Tony Konrath, Clarence & other characters – Bob Smith, Old Man Potter & other characters – Wayne Dapser, plus more!
Glenda Donovan, a seasoned theater director with a background in radio, is directing the production. Rebecca Tomlinson is Artistic Managing Director of Fringe Theater.

The play will air live at 106.9 FM in Key West and also stream live at Island1069.com.
