Key West Cooking Show® isn’t just about cooking—it’s Dinnertainment® at its finest!  Learn how to cook like your grandma with our demonstration cooking classes. Visit the cooking themed general store located in the Shops at Mallory Square, the original home of the Coast Guard Sector 1. We offer the ever changing menu features such as ropa vieja, conch chowder, and key lime pie, seasoning them with history, trivia and tall tales. We welcome individuals, private groups, and special events. Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure!

Located within the  Key West Cooking Show is a unique cocktail bar offering a relaxed, island-inspired atmosphere. Open to the public, Bar 1 also hosts interactive cocktail classes where guests can learn mixology techniques while exploring the flavors and stories of Key West. Whether you’re dropping in for a craft drink or taking part in a hands-on experience, Bar 1 blends local history with creative cocktails in an unforgettable setting.
