City of Key West Holiday Parade

KW Holiday Parade

The Key West Holiday Parade returns on December 7 at 7 p.m., starting at Truman Avenue and White Street. Featuring local marching bands, school groups, and a variety of decorated floats, the parade brings the community together as it moves down Duval Street. Santa’s arrival is a must-see for kids, adding to the festive spirit of this annual event in the southernmost city.

Swap the snow for sandals and embrace an island-style holiday on Old Town Trolley’s Holiday Sights & Festive Nights Tour! Starting nightly at 6:30 p.m., this tour lets you experience Key West’s unique holiday spirit as historic homes light up in a friendly competition for the most impressive displays. Relax in the warmth and enjoy festive decorations that make the Southernmost City shine all season long.

Lighted Boat Parade

On December 14 at 8 p.m., experience the Key West Harbor light up with the enchanting Schooner Wharf Lighted Boat Parade! Catch a festive display as boats of all kinds decked out in holiday lights sail through the harbor. The best views are along the Harbor Walk, with the judging stand at Schooner Wharf, 202 William St. Don’t miss this unique holiday spectacle!

Key West Art & Historical Society Historic Seaport Sail: Plant a Million Corals Project

Plant a Million

Join a special Historic Harbor Tour on December 18 aboard the luxury catamaran S/V Argo Navis, and learn about coral restoration from Dee Dee Vaughan of the Plant A Million Coral Project. Departing at 10 a.m. from 0 Margaret Street, this two-hour morning excursion offers Bloody Marys, mimosas, and light breakfast as you cruise the harbor and hear about efforts to restore the Florida Keys’ coral reef. Book tickets online in advance for this informative and scenic outing.

Gay Key West Holiday Lights Trolly Tour Dec 11

Slip into your fabulous festive gear and jump aboard our Holiday Lights extravaganza for a dazzling night showcasing the island’s sparkliest displays. We’ll kick things off at Bobby’s Monkey Bar at 5:30, with a jingle and mingle before our trolley rolls in at 6:30. Then, it’s a two-hour joyride & few merry pit stops for cheer-fueling! Bring your favorite holiday goodies to share with our fabulous guests. We’ll wrap up the adventure around 8:30, back where we started. Don’t miss out—register today! Key West Artisan Market – Merry Marketplace – Southernmost Beach Resort Dec 8

Join the Key West Artisan Market and the Southernmost Beach Resort for a very special Holiday event on the beach! Find some of your favorite local artists with the perfect gifts for everyone on your list along with lots of activities for the kids, great food, tasty treats, fun drinks and even a visit from old St. Nick himself! Live music all day and a fun sand ‘snowman’ building contest!

Bring the whole family for this fabulous day of holiday cheer while we celebrate with fun in the sun and a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, too!

Key West Film Society

We’re partnering with Monroe County Public Libraries for FREE monthly screenings on Eaton Street!

Join us outside the Tropic each month for a free outdoor screening of a cinema classic! Concessions will be available inside the Tropic lobby; limited seating will be provided but you’re welcome to bring chairs or blankets.
