The Key West Cooking Show is turning up the heat with a special Celebrity Chef Series, presented in conjunction with the Key West Art & Historical Society’s new exhibit, Celebrating Conch Cuisine. Presenting the event will be Dr. Cori Convertito of the Key West Art & Historical Society. The Key West Cooking Show’s Executive Chef, Keith St. Peter, will be joined by chef and food historian Richard Witting. Together, the two will prepare a thoughtfully designed four-course dinner that celebrates the stories, traditions, and cultural influences behind Florida’s native foods. This event will blend culinary artistry with history, giving guests a deliciously immersive experience where food, culture, and Key West flavor take center stage.
