Earth & Arbor Day Eco-Fair

Join your eco-friendly friends and make new ones as the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden partners with similarly-missioned organizations to celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day in the Keys. In addition to a full slate of activities in the Garden on April 26, this is your chance — and ours — to learn about how we can protect the fragile ecosystem we call home: The Florida Keys and Key West.

Includes docent tours of the Garden and Native Nursery and plant sales. Admission to the event is FREE. Workshops include: Children’s Art, Seedling Scientists; Composting and Rain Barrel Construction.

Earth Day is celebrated worldwide and the day is set aside to promote environmental protection and the concept of peace. Arbor Day is observed nationally to celebrate the role of trees in our lives and promote tree planting and care.
